We have been doing lots of fun things in class lately, including:

These are some exciting things we have been doing in class lately:)
1. We watched a movie about Martin Luther King jr.
2. We had guidence on Friday
3. Lastly we are reading this great book called "Traders in Time"

Week of Dec. 4th

This week we did some new stuff and here is some of the things we did:

1. We went to Mrs. Brashi's room and we started learning about nutrition.
2. In writing we are learning about thesis statements.
3. We started watching Walking With Grandfather.

Friday, November 20

In class this week, we:

1. Finshed up our Structures of Life unit by comparing crayfish with hermit crabs.
2. Began learning about metacognition and making connections in our reading and writing.


A few questions for discussion:
1. Have you had any connections with the book you are reading for your book report? If so, what are they?
2. What was your favorite part of our "Structures of Life" science unit? (Beans, Plants, Crayfish, Hermit Crabs...) and Why?
3. What did you learn from Mr. Schulz on Friday when you went to his class?
